These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from us and to every agreement and orders concluded between us and you.
Before the contract is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to you.
Situations not covered by these terms and conditions should be assessed "in the spirit" of these terms and conditions.
Uncertainties about the explanation or content of one or more provisions of our terms and conditions should be explained "in the spirit" of these terms and conditions.

Article 4: The offer

If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.

Article 5: The agreement
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. As long as the receipt of the order has not been confirmed by us, you can terminate the agreement.

Article 6 - Returns
When purchasing items, you have the option to return the agreement for 14 days without giving any reason. This reflection period starts on the day after receipt of the article.
During the reflection period, you should handle the item and its packaging with care. You can only unpack or use the item to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the item. If you make use of your right to return, you must return the item with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
If you wish to make use of your right to return, you are obliged to notify Golf-etc in writing within 14 days of receipt of the item. After you have made known that you wish to make use of your right of return, you must submit the item 14 days return. You must prove that the delivered goods have been returned on time, for example by means of a proof of shipment.
If you have not expressed your wish to make use of your right of return or return after the periods referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 have expired. the item has not returned to us, the purchase is a fact.
Article 7: Costs in case of withdrawal
If you use your right of withdrawal, you can return the items free of charge.
If you have paid an amount, we will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation. The condition is that the article has already been received back by Golf-etc. or conclusive evidence of complete return can be provided.
Article 8: The price
During the period of validity stated in the offer, the prices of the items and / or services offered will not be increased, except for price changes as a result of changes in VAT rates.
