About the brand Team Yoshimura

Team Yoshimura is based in Kobe, the capital of Hyogo Prefecture, located on Honshu, Japan's largest island, near Osaka.

In 1903, the first of Japan’s 2,800 golf courses opened in Kobe. Today, Japan is the world’s second-largest golf market, behind only the United States. A short distance from this historic course is Team Yoshimura, based at Port Island Golf Club Kobe.

The company was founded in 1988 by Tadayoshi Yoshimura, one of Japan's most respected club fitters and golf instructors. Team Yoshimura is now run by the second generation, led by Jyunya Yoshimura.

In addition to golf clubs, Team Yoshimura offers a wide range of golf-related services. Their renowned team of professional golf club testers publish their test results in golf magazines and newspapers. Team Yoshimura also offers golf lessons, which take place in modern equipped video booths. In addition, they organize courses in golf club construction and club fitting.
