About the brand Itobori

The word ITOBORI refers to the unique one cut carving stile, a specific method we use for the production of our products. Instead of the traditional barrel machine, the clubs are coarsely sanded on a sanding belt.

This approach ensures that the shape of the product is already finished before it is heated for the final polish. This eliminates the need to cool the products down to maintain their shape, which keeps the material soft and provides an exceptional feel at impact. In addition, this method results in a natural and unique design, with the contours of the club remaining clear and pristine. The coarsely cut edges and finishes of the irons and wedges make it easier to set up your shots, as the sole of the club is versatile and creates only limited friction between the sole and the ground at impact.

Itobori golf products are fully customizable and each individual driver, fairway wood, hybrid, iron, wedge and putter is handcrafted to the customer’s specific specifications. This includes lie and bounce setting options, club head weights, as well as the design and finishing details of the clubs. Because all Itobori golf products are custom ordered and built, only a limited number are made each year.
