In these General Terms and Conditions the following terms apply:

1. Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into an agreement with the entrepreneur; The consumer is you.
2. Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services remotely to consumers. We are the entrepreneur.
3. Reflection period: the period within which you can exercise your right of withdrawal;
4. Day: calendar day;
5. Return: the option for you to return the ordered item within the cooling-off period;
6. General Conditions: the present General Terms and Conditions of Golf-etc..

Article 3: Applicability

1. These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from us and to every agreement and orders concluded between us and you.
2. Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to you.
3. Situations that are not regulated in these general terms and conditions must be assessed 'in the spirit' of these general terms and conditions.
4. Uncertainties about the interpretation or content of one or more provisions of our terms and conditions must be interpreted 'in the spirit' of these general terms and conditions. 

Article 4: The offer

1. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be expressly stated in the offer.
2. The offer is without obligation. We are entitled to change and adapt the offer.
3. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the items and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable you to properly assess the offer.
4. Images accompanying articles are a true representation of the articles offered.
5. Each offer contains such information that it is clear to you what the rights and obligations are associated with accepting the offer. This concerns in particular: the price including taxes; any shipping costs; the manner in which the agreement will be concluded and what actions are required for this; whether or not the right of withdrawal applies; the method of payment, delivery and execution of the agreement; the period for acceptance of the offer, or the period within which we guarantee the price. 

Article 5: The Agreement

1. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. As long as receipt of the order has not been confirmed by us, you can cancel the agreement.
2. Every agreement is entered into under the suspensive conditions of sufficient availability of the relevant items.  

Article 6 - Returns

1. When purchasing items, you have the option to return the item within 14 days without giving reasons. This cooling-off period starts on the day after receipt of the item.
2. During the cooling-off period, you must handle the item and packaging with care. You can only unpack or use the item to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the item. If you exercise your right of return, you must return the item with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
3. If you wish to make use of your right of return, you are obliged to notify Golf-etc. in writing within 14 days of receipt of the item. After you have indicated that you wish to make use of your  right of return, you must return the item within 14 days. You must prove that the delivered goods have been returned on time, for example by means of proof of shipment.
4. If, after the expiry of the periods referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3, you have not indicated that you wish to exercise your right of return, respectively. the item is not available to usreturned, the purchase is a fact.  

Article 7: Costs in case of withdrawal

1. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you can return the items free of charge.
2.  If you have paid an amount, we will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after cancellation. This is subject to the condition that the item has already been received back by Golf-etc. or conclusive proof of complete return can be submitted.  

Article 8: The price

1. During the period of validity stated in the offer, the prices of the offered items and/or services will not be increased, except for price changes as a result of changes in VAT rates.
2. The prices stated in the offer of items or services include VAT and shipping costs.
3. All prices are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typographical errors. In the event of printing and typographical errors, the entrepreneur is not obliged to deliver the item at the incorrect price.  

Article 9: Conformity and Warranty

1. We guarantee that the items comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability and the legal provisions and/or government regulations existing on the date of the conclusion of the agreement .
2. A guarantee provided by us does not affect the legal rights and claims that you can assert against us under the agreement.
3. Any defects or incorrectly delivered items must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery. Returns of the items must be in the original packaging and in new condition. We will bear the shipping costs.
4. The warranty does not apply if:
5. You have repaired and/or edited the delivered items yourself or had them repaired and/or edited by third parties;
6. The delivered items have been exposed to abnormal conditions or have otherwise been treated carelessly or have been treated contrary to our instructions.  

Article 10: Delivery and execution

1. We will exercise the utmost care when receiving and executing orders for items.
2. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has provided to the company.
3. With due observance of what is stated in Article 4 of these general terms and conditions, Golf-etc. execute accepted orders expeditiously. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, the consumer will be notified of this no later than 14 days after he has placed the order. In that case, the consumer has the right to terminate the agreement without costs and is entitled to any compensation.
4. In the event of dissolution in accordance with the previous paragraph, Golf-etc. refund the amount paid by the consumer as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after termination.
5. The risk of damage and/or loss of items rests with Golf-etc. until the moment of delivery to the consumer, unless expressly agreed otherwise. 

Article 11: Payment

1. After receipt of payment, the consumer will receive the item within 7 working days.  

Article 12: Complaints procedure

1. Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to Golf-etc. within 7 days after the consumer has discovered the defects.
2. Complaints submitted will be answered within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, we will respond within 14 days with an acknowledgment of receipt and an indication of when you can expect a more detailed response.
3. A complaint does not suspend our obligations, unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. If a complaint is found to be justified, we will, at your option, replace or repair the delivered items free of charge. 

Article 13: Disputes

1. Agreements between us and you to which these general terms and conditions apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Even if you live abroad.
